TO BE A DRAGON (LADY). My outfit for watching the Lunar New Year Festival performance (1/28). I picked up this H&M red and black dress with flutter sleeves on sale probably a year ago and only wore it out once during my Spring Break adventures around St. Louis (Missouri Botanical Gardens and Forest Park). My IRL friend and blogger phenom Alice took these photos for me and I'm very excited to show you her outfit for the same event (eons better: think gold sequin skirt and amazing hair).
